Marcela Paniak in Arles

These works are carte-de-visite scanned photographs adorned with dried flowers. Elysian Fields is a mythological place where blessed souls of the dead stay. They are surrounded by invisible lira music, poplars and asphodels (flowers which symbolize death, grief, melancholy, eternity).
