The open-air evening screenings at the Théâtre Antique, historic site of the city of Arles, present the work of a photographer or photography specialist accompanied by concerts or performances.
Each screening is a real show under the stars, organized in two parts, and which is the subject of a one-off creation, in the magnificent setting of the Théâtre Antique, built during the first century BC.
The open-air evening screenings at the Théâtre Antique start at dusk and last between 1h30 and 2h. These shows, in which a photographer faces 2 500 people are a unique. In 2013 over 6,000 people attended the nighttime photography projections, an average of approximately 1,000 each night.
